I am writing to give a review of our bathroom remodel that was recently completed by your company. It started when I went to Home Advisor looking for remodelers for our bathroom. C Michael Exteriors was the top rated local company for this. I read some of your reviews and the Better Business Bureau information on your company. All was very well rated, so I called to inquire about getting an estimate. I was surprised to get a person on the line, as I also contacted 2 other companies with the same request and I got an answering machine. Your answering service took my information and stated someone would get back to me within 2 days. I got a callback the next day and scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Bobby Fitzgerald was your sales representative that came out for the estimate. Bobby was very personable and willing to show us all the choices for materials and options. We decided to have C Michael Exteriors do this remodel for us and we signed the contract. We were told it would be 10 to 13 weeks due to the lead time from the factory as the product is custom ordered and produced. We were told an installer would be in within the next week to take measurements for the parts to be ordered. The installer was there to make measurements within 3 days. We actually got a call from C Michael Exteriors at the seven and a half week time-frame and the work was completed by around 9 weeks. We were surprised at the expediency of getting the materials.
