Product are okay, Workers unprofessional
The salesperson (I forgot his name) was very understanding and treated us well. He understood that we were not looking only at him for quotes. Chansey, on the other was unprofessional and RUDE. The day he wanted to come and measure the window, he was 20 minutes late. Also, we told him we had questions and dismissed them- told us he would call us Monday because "he had to be some within 20 minutes." The delivery people for the windows were given clear instructions on where to put them, but they did the opposite. We were very clear that, due to my husband's job, if it's snowing, he will be on call, and scheduling windows for the winter months will be very hard. Chansey was very pushy and told us we had to schedule anyway. In the morning, I texted him to let him know that, due to the storm, Mathieu was out plowing and that no one would be home for longer than Mathieu's break (35 minutes), but he sent his crew anyway. He then called and started yelling at us through the phone. A few weeks later, the crew of 3/4 members came to install the windows- took them 2 days instead of 1 (no biggie)- I allowed them inside throughout to warm up by the woodstove since it was cold outside. We also had to purchase moisture absorbers for the windows, since a couple are already leaking water.
walk in shower
Mason and Kyle were very professional and showed me the product before they started. We are very satisfied with the work they did. We just had a shower installed. Mason would come out and get my wife to make sure things were going where we wanted them. They were both friendly and polite. We would recommend them to anyone. If we ever have anything else to remodel we will be calling C Michael Exteriors and requesting Mason and Kyle. They also were here when they said they would be.
bathroom Remodel
I had Mason and his Worker Kyle come do my bathroom and it was awesome! Very professional ..On time..Great experience from start to finish! Mason is one remarkable human being. Very detailed oriented which resulted in a great bathroom! i highly recommend this company for bathroom remolding. Thank you so much!
Bathroom excellence
The job took 3 long days and we enjoyed every moment. This is the third time that we have had this crew, supervised by Daren. They worked as a coordinated team, each knowing their job without much talk. If we had a question it was fully answered. We had our ideas and Daren did listen, however he also had suggestions that proved to be better than our ideas. The team was very detailed and not just in doing a good job but also in the clean up each day of the project. they were very polite and friendly while being professional.
Picture perfect
2 years ago we had 2 large cottage windows replaced into our family room by C. Michael Exteriors. We liked them so much that, this year, we had the other 20 replaced. The old windows were the 40 year old original windows and the whole process from choosing the windows to delivery and 1 day installation was very smooth and timely. The crew that Chancey brought with him were professional and efficient. They were very careful of our hardwood floors when working inside too. No more moisture and ice on the inside of our windows anymore! We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors. Also, The warrantee can’t be beat!
Replacing a Shower
Daren and crew were very courteous and professional. They went the extra mile in all aspects of the job that resulted not only in a beautiful new shower, but also a much more functional and serviceable shower and bathroom. They left the job cleaner than they found it. I couldn't be happier with their job.
Window Replacement
Great experience! Will be using C Michael’s for any further window replacements, and will definitely recommend them to others. Service on our (very) old kitchen windows only took the installer a few hours, and we love the new windows. Price was reasonable for the quality of work. We chose them over other local Syracuse/Oswego-based companies. Overall a great experience!
Don Osborne's shower installation
Our experience was wonderful and his workmanship was flawless! He and his co-worker Jose worked non-stop, were respectful, friendly, and very professional. We are so happy with our new walk-in shower.

My experience was horrible and continues to be but you deleted my review and only show the positive reviews. Just proves the dishonesty of your company! You all should be ashamed of yourselves - what ever happened to doing the right thing ?? Thanks for taking advantage of someone who is on a fixed income and trusted your company 🤬
Do Not Recommend!!!
Please look elsewhere!!!! I had 7 windows installed and a sliding glass door and although they have come back out repeatedly and even sent the manufacturer out to my home, these windows are a complete rip off!!! They tell me there is nothing wrong! It sounds like my windows are open all the time - they do not block outside noise at all. Worse than that is I have had to buy weather stripping to seal my door and windows because the cold air blows right through! In the summertime the bugs were all coming in. I am on a limited income and financed these windows and am now out $17,000!!! Do yourself a favor and use anyone other than C Michael Exteriors
