Excellent work in replacing the windows in our home
We would like to thank all the people we associated with from C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. for the excellent work in replacing the windows in our home. We had 11 windows replaced, including two windows that had to be cut out and reframed. At every step of the process everyone that we encountered was courteous, professional and extremely competent. We received all that was promised. The windows are very attractive and really enhance the look of our home. Every bit of rubbish from the construction was removed by the crew and the work area was left sparkling clean. When Tom contacted us, we honestly hadn't been planning on replacing our windows this year due to cost. He was amazingly helpful, showing us multiple financing options. He did not pressure us in making a quick decision but left and let us talk it over for a little while. Once we had made the decision, the whole process was taken care of quickly. On installation day, the windows we delivered early in the morning with the crew right behind them. Chance immediately took charge and there was no delay in getting the work started. Chance called ahead, he and his crew were on time, well prepared and got right to work. They worked speedily but not carelessly until finished. They obviously know their jobs. Everyone was friendly and polite. Cleanup was efficient and thorough. It was much appreciated to have shoes removed in the house and per usual it was raining on and off and the ground was wet. Chance took care to explain all paperwork as well as the working of the windows. He completed his "punch list" to my satisfaction. Exceptionally clean and left our home with beautiful windows and doors
WOW, just had C. Michael Exteriors Inc. replace seven windows, entrance and storm doors on our house and my husband and I are so pleased with the results. Not only did they come with a very polite and professional crew who came on time and who went straight to work and were finished within three hours. They were exceptionally clean and left our home with beautiful windows and doors. Great business to deal with right from the salesman Doug who sold us the product, the foreman Chancey and also Gus the owner of the business for a job well done. We are so pleased we are thinking of having them replaced seven inside doors and door frames this year also. We would most certainly recommend them.

I just wanted to take time and let you know how our family has enjoyed the new windows and sliding door we purchased from you. The installation was professional, fast, and you would have never have known that there was any construction work done at the end of the day (no mess to clean up). One immediate benefit we notice was the comfort level of the rooms. There were no longer drafts and the rooms maintain a comfortable temperature for a longer period of time. Sorry I'm a little late with this but I want to Thank You and all your workers for the great siding job you did on my house. Your supervisor, Chance, was very professional and friendly, and all your employees were very polite. I couldn't believe that this whole job only took 3 days, and in the winter no less! When they were done, the cleanup was so complete you would hardly know they were there. I have gotten plenty of compliments from neighbors and friends, and hope it translates into more work for you.

We have recently had our siding completed by C. Michael Exteriors and we're so happy with the work that was done and the people involved. Doug Migliaccio came to our house and thoroughly described the work that will be given and the time frame. Doug showed us several photos of previous work, and several selections to choose from. He answered all of our questions honestly, and we felt very comfortable. Chancey and his crew came to our house as planned and completed everything that was requested in about five days total, including two Saturdays. They tended to everything that we noticed during the process and answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend C.
