I had a very good experience with the installation of the new bathtub and surround that was installed by Cmichaelexteriors. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of selecting the materials and design of the new bathtub. I was impressed by the software that was used on the laptop he brought. It allowed me to try different designs before finally deciding on what I wanted. It very accurately showed how the new bathtub would look after it was all done. That alone was what I most appreciated about the whole process. The fellow who did the installation was thorough, courteous, on-time and kept the area clean. My cat seemed to like him. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the work they did. I will be looking to them for future work. I would not hesitate to recommend Cmichaelexteriors for this type of work. Sincerely, Eric

Great crew, great experience, from the sales rep to the install crew, these guys were awesome. They replaced 4 windows in my home and within 2 to 3 hours the entire project was done, no mess to clean up and the guys were polite and respectful. The financial piece was just as easy and simple. I would recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone looking for any type of home remodeling project, either big or small. These guys are confident and skillful to get the hardest of jobs done.

Siding and Windows
I have been a bad customer and should have written this earlier. Five years ago you did my siding. I was very pleased with the job and the very caring and qualified people you have. Since it did take me five years to write this, I can say that I am as pleased today as I was then. I have received many complements on the job you did. When I needed windows this fall you responded as I expected and did a good job with great products. There was a problem that the sun and one of the widows was causing on the siding and Chance and his great people took care of as they had told me they would when the situation was first noticed. I am very satisfied and can say that still five years down the road.

We have a large window job done in November. the windows are great and look fantastic. There were some issues with some of the construction which Scott took care of and came back as many times as needed to make the repairs. He was very helpful and professional. I am very very happy with Scotts work and am grateful his time in getting this issued fixed. thanks Scott!!
Extraordinary!!!
From the time we moved into our North Syracuse home 2 years ago, we wanted to replace the old, original windows on our 2nd floor. We found C Michael Exteriors on-line and read all of the reviews that were posted. We called them and had their salesperson come and talk to us the next day. We got an excellent price! When the day came to install, there were 10 workers, 5 inside and 5 outside. They installed 7 new windows in about 3 hours. Very impressed with the skills these men have. They installed them swiftly and cleaned up everything very nicely! The windows are beautiful! My husband and I both notice a difference in the noise we hear from traffic and the warmth around them. We are very happy with them and with CMichael Exteriors!!!
Spectacular service
We are thrilled with our experience with C. Michael Exteriors. It is refreshing to have a contractor arrive as scheduled (on-time) and complete the job as predicted (on-time). The quality of our new windows and doors is top notch as was the crew that installed them. They were meticulous in their work and in cleaning up afterward. What a difference in the comfort level in our house. without the 30+ years of drafts. We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors for window and door replacement. We would most definitely contact them if we choose to have additional work done. We are very happy, satisfied customers!

We are so happy with the results and would recommend them Our house was starting to look pretty bad, as we had steel siding and there were a lot of dents in it. We had thought about having it painted and looked into that but that was going to cost way more than I would have thought and wanted to spend for painting a house that would still have dents. I felt like our house was the worst one on the block. We had our siding replaced and some windows plus a patio door and a composite deck installed. There was a chimney on the side of our house that was falling down and we had looked into having it removed at one time but never did. They had given us a quote of $1,800 to $2,000 to remove it and take away the debris. C Michael's took it down at no extra charge and even hauled away the debris! (it's a good thing I never paid to have the chimney removed as my house used to be green and had been painted white. It was green underneath the chimney. I would have had a green stripe going up the side of my house!) The crew that did the work were very nice and friendly. I have a small dog and they were very conscious of her when she had to go out to go potty. One of the guys even brought her treats! Also I should note that when they replaced the windows they were very good about cleaning up any messes that were made inside the house. I am very pleased with them and would highly recommend them. Now I have one of the best looking houses on the block!
