6 windows replaced
I recently had 6 windows replaced by your company. I wanted to take a moment to commend your crew and their leader Chance for a fine job. So many times with construction crews there is quite a bit of foul language tossed about. Not so with your crew. They were all totally professional and respectful. I really appreciated that. The job was completed in a timely manner. The cleanup was wonderful... no trash left behind. The young man that explained the warranty and how to operate the windows did an excellent job. Chance did a wonderful job keeping everything moving smoothly. He has a great connection with his crew and very proud of the work they do and your company. He surely is a great asset to your company. I am very happy with my new windows and will recommend you to others. Thank you!
Beautiful new windows!
I had the pleasure the other day of being able to open windows to a lovely, breezy October day, windows I could never open before. The new windows are beautiful and I am sure they will also be helpful keeping the heat in this winter. I am delighted. The installer was very knowledgeable and competent and did an excellent job on a house that always makes any installer mumble, at least once, "why did they do this?". I have received multiple "Your new windows look great" comments already. Thank you all again for your help over these trying COVID times.
Bathroom Remodel
Very satisfied with my bathroom remodeling job. Thought the remodelers, Don Osborne and Anthony were true professional installers. They were very meticulous, and I would recommend this service to anyone in my community. Initially I was worried a bit, and wondered if I had done the right thing, especially since I live in the Binghamton area of NY, quite a few miles from Syracuse. But once I met the installers, all my self-doubts disappeared. Thanks again for a job very well done.
Loving our new walk in shower!

Best People Ever!
My husband was diagnosed with dementia 4 years ago and I have had to remodel my home to accommodate his needs. C. Michael helped me with this. Matt took the time to explore with me the specific items that I would need to ensure that his safety needs would be met. Matt installed a beautiful shower off of my husband's bedroom. The shower is amazing! Don and his crew installed the main bathroom for me. Their expertise is reflective in the end product. It is beautiful. Every one of the individuals who worked on my bathroom installs were kind and respectful. They took the time to know me and listen to my individual needs. I would highly recommend C. Professional and efficient
Very easy to work with in getting a picture window replaced. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and professional. Good communication on job status and done at my convenience. The initial salesman and the crew leader on that day were very informative and helpful in explaining pricing, the warranty and in how the window works. The window looks great and is doing it’s job keeping the room warmer.
We love our new walk in shower.
C Michael exteriors removed the tub in our basement bathroom and replaced it by installing a walk-in shower. We were apprehensive as to how the prefabricated walls of the shower would look but we were pleasantly surprised. Josh, the contractor was professional and knowledgeable. He communicated well and got the job done quickly and diligently. The walk-in shower looks great!
